Your participation in the trade fair includes the free invitation of your (potential) relations via the invitation service. The invitation service has been created to make things easier for you and is an important marketing tool with which you attract high-quality visitors to the exhibition who directly contribute to your business.
Participation in this service is easy. You upload your list of contacts into our secure environment (GDPR-proof) and we will provide a professional and personal invitation with your company name on it.

1. Send free invitations signed with your company name!
65% of visitors visit the event via Easyfairs' invitation service. You can save time and costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will mention your company name in the (postal) mail invitation. This will make it clear to potential visitors that you are inviting them personally. Relations that also appear in our e-mail database will not receive the invitation by post, but instead an e-mail with a unique registration code. Your company name will prominently feature in this email as well.
2. You do not have to worry about inviting your relations! Completely GDPR-proof!
We have developed a secure environment in which you can upload lists of relations with a single button click. Inviting your relations has never been easier! This way you'll save time, allowing you to optimally prepare for the event.
3. You contribute to the visitor quality
Naturally, you want to get the most out of your participation. Visitor quality plays a major role in realising this. By providing us with a list of quality relations, you have a lot of influence on who you meet.

The right potential visitors are indispensable for the success of Vélovak. In addition, they are also one of the most valuable assets for exhibitors. This is why we deal with your personal data in concrete terms and fully in accordance with the GDPR.
With the invitation service, you grant us permission to send a one-time physical invitation to the mailing address of your relations. Naturally, we have our very own processing agreement and our procedures fully comply with all GDPR legislation. It is therefore completely safe to share your list of relations with us, so that we can invite them for the event.

- The data is only used to invite your relations on your behalf.
- This data is not used for purposes other than those related to the invitation service.
- You upload your relation lists in the secure environment of My Easyfairs.
- Your relationship lists will be deduplicated by a GDPR-proof organisation.
- Your data is only provided to the mailing handler who uses the data to send the invitations. They do not retain the data afterwards.
- The data will be destroyed immediately after the trade fair ends. Your relations will only be included in our database if they themselves give permission for the use of their data.
