We see plenty of tricks every day. From ‘very accessible’ companies that can only be reached by telephone via a menu with ten options. To the ‘personal’ service provider where you have a different contact on the line every month… Is it so difficult to ‘be yourself’? We at MM do not think so! Making a good start is very important.
