COMPLETE STAND SERVICE
Do you use the stand construction of Easyfairs? Then you will receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit including: floor space, walls, name plate(s), lighting by duospots and floor coverings.
During your participation, you and your relations can use catering on the various terraces on the exhibition floor (drinks free of charge.)
Prior to your participation, the organisation of Velovak offers you various means to promote your participation.
Plenty of parking space for you and your relations in our parking lot. Every exhibitor gets 2 parking cards. Extra parking cards are available at the reception.
FREE INVITATION SERVICE
65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs invitation service. You save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend on such an invitation card! We will state your company name in the invitation card. This makes it clear to your customer that you invite him or her personally. Relationships that also appear in our e-mail database do not receive the invitation by post, but by e-mail with a unique registration code. Your company name is also prominent in this e-mail.
How to promote the trade fair
In My Easyfairs you will find various marketing materials, in the folder ‘Marketing material’ under step 2 ‘Invite your clients & prospects’. Use the various marketing expressions that you have planned before your exhibition participation (both in print and digitally). In this way you can make your participation known through various channels to the largest possible target group.
Tip: Mention that visitors can request free e-tickets via your personal registration link. You will find this link in My Easyfairs (under the heading Invitation link in step 2 ‘Invite your clients & prospects’) when the registration portal is open to visitors! So keep a close eye on your e-mailbox and My Easyfairs.
