Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Visit potential and existing customers
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or similar.
At least two years’ experience in E-Bike/bike field.
Superb communication, and collaboration abilities preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Driving license mandatory.
English speaking mandatory, Germany language or France language are advantageous.
Europe ID mandatory.
